Shifen Insight is operated by Qingdao Yuzhi Import and Export Co., Ltd. This Privacy Policy applies to our product website and to business-data processing that occurs when a seller chooses to connect an eligible marketplace account.

Information we process

Depending on the seller's selected authorization scope, we may process business information such as marketplace identifiers, product and catalog information, order and fulfillment summaries, inventory status, financial summaries, and advertising reporting data. We use this information to provide analytics, operational reporting, and related support.

Information we do not seek to collect

Our product is designed for business analytics. We do not request or retain buyer personally identifiable information for this purpose, and we do not request marketplace login credentials.

Authorization and use

Seller data is accessed only after the seller completes the applicable authorization process. A seller may revoke authorization through the applicable marketplace authorization controls. We use connected data only to provide and support the agreed analytics service for that seller.

Data isolation and sharing

Seller connections are logically separated. We do not sell connected seller data or disclose it to third parties except where necessary to operate the service under confidentiality, comply with law, or with the seller's direction.

Security

We use access controls and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. Public website traffic is protected using HTTPS. Access to connected data is limited to personnel and service providers with a legitimate operational need.

Retention and deletion

We retain connected business data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. A seller may request deletion by emailing us. Following verification and subject to lawful retention requirements, we will complete deletion within 30 days of a valid request or explain any required retention.
