Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of Shifen Insight, operated by Qingdao Yuzhi Import and Export Co., Ltd. By using the service, an organization agrees to these terms.

Service scope

The service provides business and advertising analytics, reporting, and operational review tools for eligible marketplace sellers. Service availability and features may vary by authorized data scope and written agreement.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own marketplace accounts and for ensuring that any person who authorizes a connection has authority to do so. Do not provide us with marketplace login credentials.

Seller data and authorization

You retain ownership of your seller business data. You grant us a limited right to process data made available through your authorized connection solely to provide, secure, and support the service. You may revoke authorization using the applicable marketplace controls.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate applicable law, marketplace rules, intellectual-property rights, or another party's confidentiality. You must not use the service to access data for an organization that has not authorized you.

Reports and decisions

Reports and analyses are informational. You remain responsible for reviewing information and for every business, advertising, inventory, pricing, or marketplace decision that you make.

Termination

Either party may end use of the service subject to any applicable written agreement. On termination or revocation, we will handle retained data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Qingdao Yuzhi Import and Export Co., Ltd., except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
